High Tea in London

After touring some of the sites, we went to an afternoon tea, which is "the thing to do" at least once while you're in London. It's a nice opportunity to dress up and have fun! We opted for the Traditional High Tea, which costs about $40 - yikes! I had the berry tea - delicious. And it came with scones, cupcakes, mini sandwiches, raspberry tarts, chocolate, etc. Needless to say, it was worth every penny! Side note - we were seated in front of the front window of the restaurant, and whenever a tour bus drove by, everyone looked at us "locals" having tea. I think there were even a few who took pictures. Ahh the paparazzi, can't beat 'em :)
